Leasing Seelander’s work is an extremely economical and a very accessible option for both the Public and Private sectors to enrich their working or living environments.
Unlike many other companies we are able to offer our clients significant benefits as a direct result of leasing artwork.
Such benefits include:
- The opportunity to purchase the artwork at the end of the leasing period. The final cost of the artwork is based on its market value at the beginning of the leasing period less the leasing payment.
- The opportunity to extend your lease term based on the initial lease payment (i.e. the extended lease payment won’t rise as a result of market appreciation of the works).
- We will pay you a commission of sale should a client or customer see the works and wish to purchase. We will also replace your works with appropriate pieces of exact value at no cost to you.
- Choosing works can be a daunting process: we make it easy for you by making the artist available for personal consultation*. In certain circumstances, and where necessary, the artist may feel it appropriate to paint a work specifically suited to your environment**
